Your profile

Good knowledge of German

Completed vocational training in the metal sector, industrial mechanic or a comparable qualification

Several years of professional experience in setting, operating and programming CNC machines

Strong teamwork skills, reliability, flexibility and commitment
✓

Start as a machine operator with good technical understanding and job-related basic training

Qualification based on personal suitability through a further training program to become a CNC specialist (HWK) with subsequent opportunity for further development

Our onboarding process allows you to get started quickly with us. Immediately after signing your contract, we invite you to our regular information events. Our DIETL Academy offers support if you're not from Gauting. An onboarding employee will also be available to answer any questions you may have. During your first few months, important onboarding events will take place where you'll receive regular information about DIETL, build a network, and quickly settle in.
